Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the LifeBridge Health team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position with weekend commitment includes day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, organization protocols, and guidelines. You will assess patient needs, collaborate with staff and physicians, and maintain clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art design with 29 private treatment rooms, advanced technology including a CT Scanner, and specialized care areas for infectious diseases and behavioral health crises.
