Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and protocols. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care, maintain a safe environment, and continuously improve your clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain competency in clinical knowledge and skills to deliver optimal patient care.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment and respond effectively to changes in patient conditions.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy.
