Job Summary:
The Nursing Graduate provides nursing care to patients at Grace Medical Center's Emergency Department, ensuring compliance with standards of practice and organization protocols. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
