Responsibilities

• Establish key processes, timelines, and deliverables for digital products.
• Work cross-functionally to communicate vision, priorities, and objectives.
• Identify business opportunities by understanding the recruiting landscape.
• Manage feature prioritization, releases, and A/B tests for product optimization.
• Champion agile development practices and drive agile culture at JobTarget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital or e-commerce products.
• Advanced technical skills and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, user requirements gathering, and agile methodology.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office.
