Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Baker to join our team at Einstein Bros Bagels. As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for baking a variety of delicious bagels for our in-house and catering operations. The shifts are from 12am to 6am daily, providing our guests with freshly baked goods each morning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a selection of bagels for daily operations.
• Check catering orders and adjust baking quantities accordingly.
• Work independently during early morning hours to ensure timely completion of baking tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a baker is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctual and self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
