Responsibilities

• Receive and manage patient admissions/transfers.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Interpret diagnostic data and respond to emergencies using established protocols.
• Promote continuous quality improvement in patient care.
• Advocate for patients by providing education and support to both patients and their families.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism.

Credentials Required

• Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience in the LTC/SNF setting.
• Active RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Verifiable work history and professional references.
