Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in patient care and public relations.
• Independently manage patient assessments and interventions.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.
• Regularly monitor and address vital signs and any changes in the patient's condition.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of home health experience.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Active RN license in Alabama.
• Reliable transportation.
