Responsibilities
- Perform systematic patient assessments upon admission or transfer to the unit.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and diagnostic data.
- Promote continuous quality improvement and respond to life-saving situations following nursing protocols.
- Advocate for patients, provide education and support to them and their families.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Active RN license from an accredited institution.
- CPR/BLS certification, Physical and TB/PPD required.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
