Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will be part of a dynamic team providing urgent and innovative treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday, delivering state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction to staff members and patient care for a shift of patients.
- Care for a variety of complex patients and strive to improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Healthcare Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification required, CNN or CDN preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
