Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will be responsible for providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients, ensuring top-notch care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient care to a variety of complex patients.
- Develop professional growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and provide patient care in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
