Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center's innovative Renal Dialysis Program. As a Staff Nurse, your role involves providing state-of-the-art care to end-stage renal disease patients, delivering acute dialysis treatment, and ensuring high patient outcomes. You will lead a shift of patients by offering clinical direction in adherence to healthcare policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient nursing care to complex patients.
- Develop professionally and focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff and ensure quality clinical care.
- Operate the water treatment system as per CMS guidelines.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Grace Medical Center applications.
