We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a part-time position with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. This is an opportunity to work in a warm and welcoming environment, offering care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent and proficient care to patients, focusing on professional growth and improvement of patient outcomes.
• Offer clinical direction to staff members and ensure adherence to healthcare policies and guidelines.
• Supervise patient care for a shift of patients according to regulations and center standards.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, including experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
