Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. As a staff nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a key role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday and is committed to delivering state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient care for a variety of complex patients.
- Develop professional growth and strive to improve patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification required; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desirable.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and specific applications within 60 days of employment.
