We are looking for a meticulous Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part-time with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients, ensuring top-notch care in a warm and welcoming environment. This position involves clinical patient care, supervision, and compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care and supervision for a shift of patients.
• Ensure compliance with Grace Medical Center Healthcare Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
• Deliver prompt, state-of-the-art care to patients requiring dialysis, including acute and peritoneal dialysis.
• Supervise staff members and support professional growth to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including (12) months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Previous CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
