Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, part of the LifeBridge Health family. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will be working with end-stage renal disease patients, providing innovative and urgent care services in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to patients undergoing renal dialysis treatment.
- Deliver competent and proficient nursing care, focusing on patient outcomes and professional growth.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, including med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
