RN or LPN - Adult Family Home

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated RNs or LPNs to join our team at Alliance Nursing, an adult family home in Snohomish. If you are a compassionate nurse seeking a supportive and collaborative work environment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care nursing to patients with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment skills and nursing judgment.
• Act quickly in response to any change in patient condition.
• Participate in extensive training programs and continuous education opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Alternatively, current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
