RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide in-home care for pediatric and young adult clients in Lynnwood and Everett. As part of Alliance Nursing, you will deliver critical nursing services to individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

This role involves working day and night shifts on a full-time basis, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to patients following the nursing process.
• Assess patient condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Interact compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Remain vigilant and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong assessment skills and quick decision-making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team.
