RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Tacoma and Graham. Day and night shifts are available on a full-time basis. As part of Alliance Nursing, you will deliver critical nursing services to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions, including mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care. Your role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate strong assessment skills and quick response to changes in patient condition.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Multi-State License from a participating Compact State is also accepted.
