Job Description
We are looking for a Specialist Solution Architect with expertise in Large Scale Cloud and Managed Services, IT Security, Data Protection Services, Networking, and Professional Services. The ideal candidate will be an industry expert capable of presenting complex solutions, providing technical expertise, and supporting sales and support teams. Additionally, they will play a key role in industry conferences, customer workshops, and internal documentation creation. This position requires 9-11 years of experience in B2B sales and/or support, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Consult with SEs and SAs to solve complex customer issues.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Provide technical expertise and design suggestions nationally.
Required Qualifications
- 9-11 years of B2B Sales and/or support in the telecom, co-location, and/or managed hosting industry.
- BS and/or MS in an IT-related industry or equivalent preferred.
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Base Pay Range
Annualized salary range: $126,000 - $170,000 (actual pay depends on experience and qualifications).
