Job Title: Solutions Architect II
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable Specialist Solution Architect to join our team at Flexential. The ideal candidate will be an industry expert in specialties such as Large-scale Cloud and Managed Services, IT Security, Data Protection Services, Networking, and Professional Services. As a Solutions Architect II, you will play a crucial role in designing and presenting complex solutions to customers, aligning business needs with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Consult with SEs and SAs to solve complex customer issues and innovate designs.
- Support national sales teams by providing technical expertise and design suggestions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and technologies.
- Assist in formal presentations at industry conferences and technology events.
- Create content for internal documentation and provide training for Sales and Engineering teams.
- Conduct customer workshops to define strategic IT roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- 9-11 years of B2B Sales and support experience in telecom, co-location, or managed hosting.
- BS and/or MS in IT-related fields preferred.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into business solutions.
- Strong knowledge of architecture methodologies, server hardware, operating systems, and databases.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $126,000 - $170,000. Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus based on personal and company performance. EEO Statement: Flexential is an equal opportunity employer.
