Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated STNAs to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
- Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act in the residents' best interest and make sound decisions.
