Roberts Oxygen, a leading distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, is seeking a dedicated Store Manager for its Richmond, VA location. The ideal candidate will oversee store sales, operations, financial position, and market share growth while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual store business goals.
• Supervise sales, distribution, and personnel.
• Manage inventory and merchandise.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• 3 years of sales experience in gases industry.
• Proficient in FACTS, Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Class A or B CDL with hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Strong driving record.
