General Duties for Team Members Include:

• Interacting with guests and team members in a friendly manner.
• Following Smokey Mo's processes accurately and efficiently.
• Adhering to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Punctuality, wearing the correct uniform, and flexibility with work schedules.
• Being a team player and ensuring a fun work environment.

Minimum Qualifications for Team Members:

• Obtaining a food handlers' permit.
• Cashiers need a TABC certification.
• Demonstrating physical abilities such as standing for hours, multitasking, lifting heavy objects, and effective communication.
