Trauma PI Coordinator (RN)

Job Description

The Trauma PI Coordinator (RN) at MUSC is responsible for managing the process improvement program to ensure compliance with trauma care standards. Working under limited supervision, the Coordinator identifies variances in patient care, investigates system issues, and maintains adherence to trauma protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage process improvement program for trauma patients.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with trauma care standards.
• Identify and investigate variances in patient care.
• Maintain adherence to trauma protocols, guidelines, and algorithms.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in trauma care and process improvement preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
