Universal Banker at International State Bank of Raton

We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for completing financial transactions, building customer relationships, and recommending financial solutions. If you have experience in sales, customer service, or banking, and possess strong communication and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily service requests and complex customer interactions.
• Perform various financial transactions, including transfers, payments, and wire transfers.
• Open consumer and business accounts with additional banking products and services.
• Inform customers about available banking products and cross-sell referral opportunities.
• Meet/exceed sales and referral goals while maintaining compliance with bank regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Work Experience: 1+ years in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is a plus.
• Other Requirements: Detail-oriented with decision-making capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, with bonus eligibility.
