Job Description
El Paso Animal Urgent Care is seeking a Certified or experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess good client communication and telephone skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Admit and triage patients.
- Handle telephone calls and client inquiries.
- Dispense medications and pet foods.
- Conduct routine laboratory procedures and analyses.
- Assist the veterinarian in medical and surgical procedures.
- Take vital signs of animals and perform dental cleanings.
- Maintain and use medical equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
