VP- Real Estate Development and Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President of Real Estate Development to join our team at Parker Ranch Inc.

Responsibilities

• Generate realizations from the land portfolio.
• Grow lease income for the organization.
• Work with a commercial mindset and strong soft skills.
• Manage net operating income targets and capital budgets.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships across the organization.
• Collaborate with county and state agencies for development facilitation.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate development, preferably with master-planned communities.
• Understanding of real estate economics and land acquisition/divestment.
• Experience across different product types: residential, commercial, industrial, etc.
• Strong character, good judgment, and a passion for Hawaii.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage various organizational levels.

Compensation

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 yearly (subject to variations based on experience and location).
