Community Monitor

Job Description

We are looking for a Community Monitor to join Walton Communities LLC as an essential part of our team. The Community Monitor plays a crucial role in maintaining our community at the highest standards to ensure an exceptional experience for residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal appearance and property are consistently meeting or exceeding Walton standards.
• Participate in resident activities and facilitate communication.
• Maintain community areas such as playgrounds, entry gates, pools, and more to superior levels of neatness.
• Assist with simple service requests and support the Maintenance Manager as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical abilities to work in various conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to see the big picture regarding community needs.
