Job Description
Crosswater Dental Care is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team either part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate will work on Mondays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the flexibility to work one day a week, with the potential to expand to full-time benefits by adding two more days at a nearby practice. As a Dental Hygienist at Crosswater Dental Care, you will be a crucial part of the patient care team, providing exceptional lifetime patient care with the support of Heartland Dental. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care by implementing appropriate dental hygiene procedures.
- Maintain accurate dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
- Attend to clinical needs as required by the office.
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in Florida.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Clinical experience.
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire for continuous learning and growth of clinical skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
