Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Acute Care team at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN on the Brain Health Unit, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am). If you are ready to provide exceptional medical and emotional care to patients, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure patients' needs are met.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary and contribute to the daily operations of the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, etc.
