Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Janitor to join our team at Rural Store located in Tempe, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for performing a variety of janitorial duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance.
- Safeguard company property and report any incidents.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies.
- Empty trash and recycling, clean building floors and surfaces.
- Follow safety procedures and Goodwill Core Values.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School/GED or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of janitorial services or related experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Fluency in English.
