NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room department at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

Unit Details

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design with 29 private treatment rooms, advanced technology, and amenities for emergency care. The department includes negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT scanner for early diagnosis.
