Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with industry standards and organization protocols. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is crucial to ensure quality care delivery, maintain a safe patient environment, and facilitate recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  • Maintain clinical competency and knowledge for current best practices.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
  • Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat within specified timeframes.
  • Additional certification in Emergency Nursing is advantageous.
