Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with industry standards and organization protocols. You will assess patient needs, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency for patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
