NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with regulatory standards and organization protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical competency, ensuring a safe patient care environment, and more.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care preferred.
• BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a modern, technologically advanced environment with 29 private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, negative pressure rooms, and a CT Scanner.
