NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with protocols, policies, and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to ensure current standards of practice.
• Create and implement care plans based on patient/family needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS certification required, ACLS and additional certifications preferred.
• Completion of orientation as per policy/procedures.
