Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management for process improvement.
- Inspect product quality and follow safety guidelines.
- Operate equipment safely and report issues.
Job Qualifications

Education and Experience: High School Diploma preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
