Project Manager (Environmental Industry)

Job Description

Hepaco Inc, a leading environmental and emergency services company, is seeking a Project Manager for the Jacksonville branch. The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing, leading, and successfully completing environmental projects in the region, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform full project management duties including planning, quality control, resource management, and health & safety oversight.
• Participate in project bidding and contracting processes to ensure accurate terms and client expectations.
• Collaborate with the Territory Account Manager and Branch Manager in business development activities.
• Lead and mentor project team members, manage expenses, and ensure project cost reporting compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field preferred, with 2-5 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, effective organization & time management skills, and collaborative spirit.
• Prior experience with Hyland OnBase and relevant certifications (TWIC, HAZWOPER) are desirable.
• Physical ability to perform on-site project tasks and travel as required.
