Job Description: Account Executive - Construction Sales and Staffing

We are a Skilled Trades Provider for the Construction Industry, working with contractors in Florida to meet their manpower needs. This role, based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, offers a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities. We are seeking a self-starter who can drive new business growth and foster relationships with our employees and contractors.
Compensation Highlights:
- Base salary paid weekly (DOE)
- Monthly commission based on transparent P&L

Responsibilities:
- New Business Sales: prospecting, cold calling, on-site visits to contractors
- Existing Client Growth: relationship sales and market knowledge
- Recruiting: attracting skilled tradesmen
- Interviewing: conducting thorough interviews
- Placement/Assignment: selecting qualified employees for job orders
- Safety: following safety procedures and guidelines
- Customer Service: continuous service to clients and employees
Preferred Experience:
- Outside construction sales or staffing industry background preferred
- Pipeline development and cold calling experience
- Proven sales growth
Skills and Abilities:
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Team player with flexibility
- Business-minded decision-making
- Customer service excellence
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred

- Clean driving record and background
- Drug-free
- Ability to travel to job sites
