Job Description
Great Falls Clinic Hospital is looking for a dedicated Admission/Discharge Nurse to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality nursing services before and after medical procedures. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Complete medication reconciliation, health history, and medication education for new admissions and discharges.
- Review and ensure completion of admissions/discharges by staff RNs.
- Support Med/Surg floor functions as needed based on census.
- Provide direction to healthcare staff and allied services.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Nursing Program.
- MT RN licensure, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required.
- Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing and IV skills necessary.
- Proficiency in basic office skills.
