Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at the Emergency Department of Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. The Emergency Department at Northwest Hospital sees over 60,000 patients annually and treats various illnesses, including cardiac, stroke, and behavioral health issues.
Responsibilities
- Designate 24-hour accountability for coordinating resources to ensure quality service.
- Lead a team of staff members to assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions.
- Reflect the mission, vision, and philosophy of Northwest Hospital and the Department of Nursing.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge.
- Bachelor's in Nursing, National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License, American Heart Association CPR Certification, BLS Certification.
