Associate Director, HR Business Partner (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join our global team remotely. As the HR Delivery Partner US Commercial Functional Lead, you will be the subject matter expert for your function, resolving complex employee relations situations and implementing people programs. This role reports to the Global Head of HR Delivery and collaborates across the global HR team to drive talent outcomes and organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Understand organizational strategies and challenges to deliver effective HR programs.
• Collaborate with HR teams globally to support HRBPs, HR Ops, and implement best practices.
• Provide guidance and coaching on people practices and HR issues.
• Manage change initiatives, employee relations, and drive employee engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR partnership experience.
• Strong passion for Employee Relations and US Employment Law knowledge.
• Exceptional relationship-building, coaching skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline required.
• HR professional certification preferred.
• Experience in a global HR function and R&D beneficial.
