This role involves strategic planning, business development, and leadership to secure new contracts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage capture campaigns in line with business goals.
- Lead business development activities to secure new contracts.
- Develop capture strategies and participate in bid and proposal processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful capture activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Business Development/Capture Management experience.
- Knowledge of USG contracts, competitive pricing, and acquisition processes.
- Ability to travel (less than 40%) and obtain USG Security Clearance.
- Master's degree and experience with DoD customers preferred.
