Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Advisor to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. The role involves managing volume growth initiatives for Project 360 and developing growth strategies for production inkjet system customers in the territory. The P360 Analyst collaborates with various teams to identify and seize volume growth opportunities, provide customer strategy development, and drive business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Project management of customer site assessments, resource allocation, and workflow optimizations.
- Proactive outreach to customers, industry trend insights, and color support in the region.
- Designing technical solutions and providing post-sales support and implementation services.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and preventing escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of related experience.
- Strong industry knowledge in Commercial Printing, Transactional, and Direct Mail markets.
- Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support and production environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and strong interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
- Travel requirement up to 60% with overnight stays.
- Base salary range: $94,060.00 - $129,160.00 per year.
