The Bungalows At Mayfield is seeking Resident Care Associates to join their team. The Resident Care Associate is responsible for providing quality care to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This role involves following personalized service plans, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with activities, and upholding resident rights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and updating personalized service plans.
• Ensure resident hydration and meal attendance.
• Respect and uphold resident rights.
• Assist with daily resident checks and ADLs.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and security alerts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas.

Requirements

• High school education preferred.
• Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
