Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Cashier to join the team at McDowell Store located at 2665 N. Power Rd, Mesa, Arizona. As part of the store team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service, promoting sales, and upholding Goodwill's brand experience.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Responsibilities

• Perform Point of Sale (POS) duties and handle all forms of payment.
• Solicit cash donations from customers at the register.
• Price merchandise accurately and follow sales floor standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Demonstrate Goodwill's core values in all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen if required.
• Fluency in English.
