Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our team at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic PA. CMAs or RMAs are vital members of our healthcare professionals, working collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care to our patients. They are responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks, ensuring patient satisfaction and efficient healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, including administering injections.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, providing necessary equipment and support.
• Document patient interactions and treatments accurately.
• Maintain clinic rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Ensure patient and staff safety by following established protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in managing clinic resources and promoting an increase in patient volume.

Requirements

• Graduation from a Medical Assisting, Surgical Tech, or Practical Nursing Program preferred.
• Current Certification or Licensure with no restrictions.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
