General Summary

The Community Connector will work closely with the APM Violence Intervention team to engage individuals at risk of perpetuating violence. Responsibilities include community outreach, collaborating with community partners, and maintaining contact with non-fatal shooting victims.

Requirements

  • BA preferred or equivalent experience with a minimum of three years working with high-risk individuals.
  • Experience with street-involved high-risk young people.
  • Valid Driver's License or access to public transportation.
