Job Description

We are looking for a Cook I to join our team at TPC Scottsdale, the home of the prestigious Waste Management Phoenix Open and a premier golf destination in Scottsdale, AZ. As part of our culinary team, you will be responsible for food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality food production to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Prepare a variety of dishes following established recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Operate cooking equipment and tools efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of safe food handling procedures.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience or culinary training.

Physical Demands

This position involves standing, walking, lifting, and other physical activities. The ability to comply with safety and health regulations is essential.

Work Environment

Expect shifts based on business levels. Travel is not required. No direct supervisory responsibilities.
