Job Description
Southern Health Partners is looking for a dedicated LPN to join our team at the Clermont County Detention Center in Ohio. As an FT LPN Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care within the correctional facility, adhering to nursing standards, correctional regulations, and State Scope of Practice. This position involves administering medications, establishing nursing plans, and responding to emergencies with critical thinking and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care and assess patient progress.
- Administer medications following nursing standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement nursing plans based on physician guidelines.
- Perform physical assessments and respond to emergencies.
